About the Role

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for leading the recruitment
process for technical roles, including software developers, engineers, and IT professionals. This
role requires a strategic approach to sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, excellent
communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
Additionally, the Senior Technical Recruiter will work closely with upper management to ensure
that candidates are thoroughly screened and meet the high standards of RS Tech Innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
 Full-Cycle Recruiting:
o Manage the full recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to
interviewing and onboarding.
o Develop and maintain job descriptions and job specifications.
o Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process by coordinating with hiring
managers and candidates.

 Sourcing:
o Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking,
and employee referrals, to identify and attract top technical talent.
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
o Leverage professional networks and industry events to connect with potential
candidates.
 Candidate Screening:
o Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills,
experience, and cultural fit.
o Use behavioral and technical interviewing techniques to identify the best
candidates.
o Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers and candidates post-interview.
 Collaboration:
o Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide
regular updates, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
o Partner with upper management to ensure alignment on hiring goals and
strategies.

o Facilitate decision-making meetings to finalize candidate selections.
 Employer Branding:
o Enhance RS Tech Innovations' employer brand by creating and maintaining
relationships with potential candidates and participating in industry events.
o Promote the company’s culture, values, and mission to attract high-caliber
candidates.
o Develop and execute employer branding strategies to improve the company's
visibility in the job market.
 Data-Driven Recruitment:
o Utilize recruitment metrics and data to improve the effectiveness of the
recruitment process and make informed hiring decisions.
o Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and
candidate satisfaction.
o Provide regular recruitment reports to upper management.
 Candidate Experience:
o Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and
maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment
process.
o Create a seamless and engaging candidate journey from initial contact through
onboarding.
o Address candidate concerns and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
 Compliance:
o Ensure all recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local employment
laws and regulations.
o Maintain accurate and complete records of candidate interactions and recruitment
activities.
o Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting recruitment practices.

Requirements

 Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

o Advanced certifications in recruiting or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.

 Experience:

o At least 5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth

technology company.

o Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring technical professionals.

o Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting

tools.

 Skills:

o Proven ability to source, engage, and hire top technical talent.

o Strong understanding of various technical roles and required skills.

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

o Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
